Machine Features
- This equipment is automatic winding machine with one shaft and four stations, and is the specific machine for bold air-cored (no bobbin) coil. The center of the machine is a large rotary table, on which there is a station every 90°. And there is a set of fixture on each station.The first station is automatic winding. As the copper wire is thick, the air-pressure scissors are applied for cutting the ends.The winding width is controlled by moving of servomotor. In order to achieve the completely neat arrangement of the winding, during the basal winding, the winding width moves synchronously along with the traverse shaft, in an attempt to tightly wind and ensure the perfect effect of each layer afterwards. The second station is coil fixing. As the application of self-adhesive copper wire, the copper wires are fixed through electrical heating and pressuring in order to prevent from the loosening after taken from the fixture. The third station is unloading. The machine hand takes the coil from the fixture and puts it on the conveyor belt, on which there are cooling fans. The fourth station is waiting station.
