It is applicable for small-amount winding for small and medium-sized bobbin with high precision and high efficiency.

Machine Features

• MDC2502 is the motor coil winder that TANAC developed after a detailed survey to the market and absorbing the advantages of other producers of motor coil winders.
• MDC01 is a large wrapping type winding machine, which is applicable of winding after unfolding of former inner-winded motor core.Three or four iron cores can be wound according to the width of the iron core.
• The major components of this device are imported from Japan, featured in the novelty outlook, impact structure, high winding speed, good rigidity and high precision.
• Panasonic servo motor control (with speed converter inside) is employed for angle rotation, making it possible to turn to any angle desired and no locking is necessary.
• When winding, the end of wire is kept all the time till the end of the winding process, which not only saves the operation time for loosing the end wire, but also avoids the occurrence of undesired entry of the wire end into the coils.
• TANAC's unique G2 7-axial winder controlling system is employed, which can be operated easily.The programming is via WINDOWS interface.The JOG function enables automatic programming when winding process is ongoing. (Over 90% of movements can be done without manual programming).
• Besides the 128 winding programs that the memory of the machine, a computer can be connected to it to realize limitless storage.
• LCD is equipped, which conveniently shows the data for the current operation of the machine, such as the rotary direction of the main spindle,number of loops, angles and winding time, etc.Texts are automatically shown when false occurs.The existent programs can be revoked even without using a computer.There are English and Japanese language options for display.
