Introduce
MSC360 series includes three models, 4-spindle (MSC3604), 6-spindle (MSC3606), and 8-spindle (MSC3608). The total pitch of main spindle is 360mm, it is applicable for medium-amount winding for small, medium, and large-sized bobbins with high precision and high efficiency. It can make up automatic production lines with other winding machines and comprehensive soldering machines.
Machine Features
- All the key parts for this machine series are imported from Japan. They have compact structure, high rigidity, high precision, high speed and high intensity.
- With the adoption of Tanac's original special software for winding machines, various kinds of winding with high difficulties can be realized. With Windows programming, the operation is extremely easy, even for people who have never used Tanac software before.
- Needle guider can be rotated by 0 degree, 90 degrees, and 135 degrees. It is easy for horizontal direction winding of SMD inductor on the terminals.
- With human-oriented design and firm and simple structure, it has fewer failures and convenient maintenance and repair.

Based on the requirements of products, the following units can be selected for assembly: Tension unit , Twist unit , Air-pressure scissors, Simple cutter, Wire feeding unit, No.3 wire clamping unit, Bifilar winding, Alternate winding unit for two kinds of wires with different diameters, Bobbin loading and unloading unit, Bobbin position checking unit, Free position wire clamping unit, Wire vacuum unit, Over head taping unit, Security door, Security raster, Other optional items, etc. (Note: Over head taping unit and air-pressure scissors can not be used simultaneously.)
