In structure there are two models, horizontal direction and vertical direction-The simple cutter of WCC series also can be used for simple wires without high quality requirements (The wire tail left on the terminal can be 03mm).These two devices can both be installed on the XYZ moving axle,which can be programmed to adjust the cutter's location.

This tension unit adopts no friction damper method of permanent magnet to achiev the stable tension, which is high precision and durable.

This unit has excellent tracking of high speed winding; even through the dramatic changes of the wire speed of the square bobbin winding will not be disconnected.

So that can control the back tension freely, when the bobbin slot wiring etc do not needs too mach tension, the anti-back tension can be closed to avoid disconnection. This action can be controlled by the procedures.

When the wire is disconnected or the copper wire is used up, the alarm sounds and the machine automatically stops after the back tension touches the micro switch on back.

This unit can be used by connecting with all the automatic machines in our company.

When there is no need of intension, the existence of tension can be controlled by the "on" or "off " of the clutch. When doing the action except winding the wire can be stretched out easily to reach the purpose of slot passing, winding terminals etc.

When the wire is disconnected or the copper wire is used up, the alarm sounds and the machine automatically stops after the back tension touches the micro switch on back.
