Introduce
This series includes three models, eight spindle (MX8808), twelve spindle (MX8812) and sixteen spindle (MX8816).
The total pitch of main spindle is 880mm, it is applicable for large-amount winding for medium and large-sized bobbin with high precision and high efficiency. It can make up automatic production lines with other winding machines and comprehensive soldering machines.
Machine Features
- MX880 series is the third generation multi-axis winder of Tanaka Seiki (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. In addition to the advantages of previous counterparts, it is also featured in the new designing, and high rigidity. Since the moving scope of XYZ axis is large, some extremely difficult winding tasks can be easily fulfilled by increasing some specific devices.
- All the key parts for this machine series are imported from Japan. They have compact structure, high rigidity, high precision, high speed and high intensity.
- With the adoption of Tanac's original special software for winding machines, various kinds of winding with high difficulties can be realized. With Windows programming, the operation is extremely easy, even for people who have never used Tanac software before.
- Needle guider can be rotated by 0 degree, 90 degrees, and 135 degrees. It is easy for horizontal direction winding of SMD inductor on the terminals.
- With human-oriented design and firm and simple structure, it has fewer failures and convenient maintenance and repair.
