Machine Introduction

• Using the contrast method of photographic imagery to check and test exterior condition and sizes of some precise parts, it is the second major product series of Tanaka Seiki (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd., and has gained great achievement in the parts production area-inChina. Along with the higher requirements on the exterior condition and sizes of products, the traditional inspection methods such as manual visual inspection, application of magnifying glass, tool microscope, and projector, etc. are far from reaching the requirements. With fast speed and high precision, the visual inspection equipment has higher cost performance comparing with traditional manual.

• External size of electronic parts (for example: SMT transformer) (Length, Width, Height)

• Parallelism of upper surface of the part
• Mark inspection
• Surface defects of the parts

Property Features

• High precision: Repeatability accuracy is less than 10 micrometers.
• High speed: For example, if each part needs five images with 800,000 pixels, the time for shot and treatment is less than 0.7 seconds.
• Simple setting: Parameter needs not to be set; only the search area needs to be selected.
• Compatible with multi-products: A set of equipment can test many kinds of products with simi lar sizes.
• Automatic image and inspection result data saving.
• Statistical report on inspection data can be printed.
